Narrative:

The approach and landing were normal, except for hearing the clearance to land. 'Slow to 160 KTS, cleared for 36R ILS approach' was the last clearance I recall until exiting the runway. As we were exiting the runway I heard an 'oh south___' from my first officer. Glancing at the radio, I noticed that the approach frequency was still tuned. The change to tower frequency was made in time to hear tower say 'contact ramp clear of the runway.' tower was acknowledged and nothing more was said. Main contributing factor was the failure of approach to give us the frequency change. If change was issued, it was not acknowledged.

Title: ACR LANDS WITHOUT CLRNC. NO HDOF.

Narrative: THE APCH AND LNDG WERE NORMAL, EXCEPT FOR HEARING THE CLRNC TO LAND. 'SLOW TO 160 KTS, CLRED FOR 36R ILS APCH' WAS THE LAST CLRNC I RECALL UNTIL EXITING THE RWY. AS WE WERE EXITING THE RWY I HEARD AN 'OH S___' FROM MY FO. GLANCING AT THE RADIO, I NOTICED THAT THE APCH FREQ WAS STILL TUNED. THE CHANGE TO TWR FREQ WAS MADE IN TIME TO HEAR TWR SAY 'CONTACT RAMP CLR OF THE RWY.' TWR WAS ACKNOWLEDGED AND NOTHING MORE WAS SAID. MAIN CONTRIBUTING FACTOR WAS THE FAILURE OF APCH TO GIVE US THE FREQ CHANGE. IF CHANGE WAS ISSUED, IT WAS NOT ACKNOWLEDGED.
