Narrative:

A lightning strike had disabled most of the runway lights. We had approach lights and the middle 500 ft of runway lights. Attributing factors to our decision, was that our fuel state was down to reserve plus alternate. Tower cleared us to land and added that landing was at our own risk. A normal landing was made. More or the runway also became highly visible from about 200 ft AGL due to prevailing light.
