Narrative:

On takeoff, pushed power levers up to begin takeoff roll. Heard takeoff warning horn say 'flaps.' aborted takeoff at approximately 15 KTS. Cleared runway, rechked flaps. Reran all checklists and recycled flaps. Returned for another takeoff. In the past I've had numerous aborts due to flap warning horn sounding after flaps set and checked (via using power levers to test for horn). Bumpy taxiway or runway can jar dial-a- flap selector or cause horn on takeoff when everything is actually ok. Supplemental information from acn 202075. Instead of adjusting flaps on runway, felt it best to clear active runway, rerun checklists and settings, before attempting another takeoff.
