Narrative:

During an ILS approach to pittsburgh international, I was assigned 28L. On short final the tower controller changed his mind and asked that I use 28C. It was dusk, low light. I landed on what appeared to be the center runway. But it was actually a taxiway marked 'C'. The controller did not say anything about my error. No other aircraft were moving on the ground at the time.
