Narrative:

Passed through without radio contact 2 times. Once outbound, once inbound, same flight altitude and path both times. I thought floor of arsa was higher than 2000 ft, 4000 to 5000 ft min for the floor. Corrective actions would be to look at VFR map and procedure for VFR flight I have been training for IFR rating for over 2 yrs so VFR flts have been very far and few between. Also the time I was in the arsa I was descending to 1700 ft MSL or rising in altitude so the flight path was just clipping the corners.
