Narrative:
I had a far 135 charter flight from sioux falls, sd, to slayton, mn, with 2 passengers. The WX in sioux falls was 800 overcast and 8 mi visibility. Low ceilings were reported near by but with good visibility 7 mi or better. During the flight I encountered some lower ceiling and visibility, less then I'm regulated by. The flight went fine. Me and my passenger were a little bit choked up. Next time I will be more careful and turn around in time before I get in to low ceilings and visibility.
