Narrative:

Repeat report: runway 22 at tyler, tx, pounds field still has a sharp ridge at where runway 22 intersects with runway 13. A huge hump also. Our nose gear shook violently when we passed over the ridge. Once again I spilled my drink onto the cockpit floor from out of the drink cup holder. We try to avoid that runway for takeoffs. I use flaps 15 degrees, trying to get off the runway before we get to that ridge. Nothing has changed to runway 22! It is very dangerous.
