Narrative:

Small aircraft X was heading 350 degrees off the airport using prearranged coordination through another controller's airspace. The other controller was less than 1 1/2 mi from my boundary without a pointout. The planes passed about a mi apart. The problem was the inbound small aircraft Y was being vectored too close to departures and I was distracted by other aircraft calling. No prevention is needed -- just more vigilance.
