Narrative:

On approach into teb runway 6 ILS the controller asked us to cross dandy intersection at 1500 ft. I was at 1500 about 1 mi from dandy. My last altitude before descent was 200 ft. When we crossed dandy the controller asked why we did not cross dandy at 1500 ft and I told him that I was at 1500 ft which my altimeter was reading. I also confirmed the altimeter setting on our departure when we were asked to climb from 2000 ft to 6000 ft. The controller asked us to please start our climb out of 2000 ft. At that time we were already out of 4500 ft which I told him. There was no problem. I believe they had a problem with their equipment on the approach into teb because as you can see both times my aircraft was not at 2000 ft when they thought we were.
