Narrative:
We were given a clearance to cross jvl at 15000. The captain acted upset, and when I said 'we have to increase our rate of descent' he basically ignored me, and did nothing! Finally he just said, 'close enough, they're messing with us.' there is nothing I could do to help the situation.
