Narrative:

I also was in a helicopter recently and witnessed a situation. Pilot a was in the pattern at W10. Pilot B entered the pattern and was not talking on the radio. Pilot a was irritated that pilot B had somehow cut in front of him. Pilot B did a touch-and-go and was climbing up under pilot a. Pilot a seeing that B was not going to clear the runway in time was doing a go around, B was climbing right up under a. I called a and I saw this developing and told a that B was touch- and-go climbing out. A was mad and just kept going. I hollered on the radio and told a to break it off. He said which way. I said break right, break right, and he did -- when he turned they were approximately 15 ft apart and would have surely met.
