Narrative:

To the best of my recollection, below are the facts relating to the flight on nov/wed/91. I was flying small transport. During the takeoff roll, takeoff power was applied, rotation was at normal rotation speed. Immediately a loud popping sound was heard. After visually checking all engine instruments, I noticed the aircraft settling. Full throttle application was confirmed. The aircraft was flown around the traffic pattern and safely landed. After securing the aircraft, I discovered damage to the propeller blades.
