Narrative:

While taxiing out at the usual position to complete the before takeoff checklist and set flaps, confusion arose as a result of a change in runway. This coupled with the end of the duty day for an all night flight, resulted in the flaps not being set for takeoff. Upon advancing the throttles, the first indication was the autothrottles not engaging. Upon pushing up the throttles manually, the takeoff warning horn came on along with an EICAS message. The takeoff was aborted in the first 1-2000 ft. Tower cleared us to do a 180 and back taxi on the runway. The flaps were set for takeoff and all checklists from after start were rechked. An uneventful takeoff was then accomplished.
