Narrative:

10/sat/91 I was advised that on 10/tue/91 a flight I had built a release for had the incorrect aircraft sent to the pilot and filed with ATC. Release stated medium large transport type a, but actual aircraft was a different manufacturer medium large transport. Flight departed 1 hour 45 mins after I was off shift. Dispatcher on duty was not notified of change by coordinator, therefore release was not amended and flight remained (and flew) as filed as a type a. The change of equipment occurred at xx am local. Dispatcher on duty was notified of wrong equipment at the down line station.
