Narrative:

Low altitude event or flyby at the request of a passenger. I'm not going to say that there was any danger of illegality as my aircraft was never less than 500 ft from the ground or closer than 2000 ft from any structure or person, however, I feel that from now on 1000 ft or higher in all sparsely populated areas when passengers are on board is appropriate. Further, it is arguable, now that I consider the area whether or not it is in fact sparsely populated or just populated. I will fly higher and with more care.
