Narrative:

Medium large transport X was at FL230. Large transport Y was at FL220. Medium large transport X was descended to 15000. Realizing my error, I tried to climb medium large transport X back to FL230. Separation was lost. Large transport Y had data block offset because of traffic, so that I didn't associate target with data block. It was human error.

Narrative: MLG X WAS AT FL230. LGT Y WAS AT FL220. MLG X WAS DSNDED TO 15000. REALIZING MY ERROR, I TRIED TO CLB MLG X BACK TO FL230. SEPARATION WAS LOST. LGT Y HAD DATA BLOCK OFFSET BECAUSE OF TFC, SO THAT I DIDN'T ASSOCIATE TARGET WITH DATA BLOCK. IT WAS HUMAN ERROR.
