Narrative:

On takeoff roll at pit, off flag appeared on captain altimeter at approximately 110 KTS. Aborted takeoff and flag disappeared. All other system were normal. Verified circuit breakers and upon concurrence with maintenance control and dispatcher we (first officer and myself) decided it was a momentary problem and would try to go the dtw again, returning to pit if the problem recurred. Flag appeared again on the second takeoff. We again aborted and returned to the gate for maintenance.
