Narrative:

My aircraft was descending slowly from cruise altitude of 9500 ft into the phoenix area, heading 174 degree. Passing through 8200 I observed a military jet at 2 O'clock moving to 3 O'clock at same altitude, high rate of speed. I leveled off to see what the jet was going to do. As the jet closed, it made no effort to diverge, and I pulled my aircraft up at a 45-50 degree climb attitude. Jet passed directly beneath (0 horizontal) 200-300 ft below, still eastbound. No indication jet pilot ever saw my aircraft. Jet was a single seat fgt in blue camouflage.
