Narrative:

Stopping the aircraft, #1 for takeoff, at the hold short line. I mistakenly shut of the fuel lever for the left engine when I went to lock the parking brake. Upon realizing my mistake, I performed a xbleed start. As the engine was accelerating we were cleared into position and taxied onto the runway. We were then cleared for an immediate takeoff, before we had completed the takeoff check. I taxied off the active runway and contacted the tower. I am based on the west coast. In my 3-DAY sequence, I had 2 early morning east coast departures which meant that I had to arise at xx am, XX30 am PST which meant that I had 4-5 hours of sleep for the previous 2 nights prior to this incident. I attribute this incident to exhaustion caused by this type of scheduling.
