Narrative:

Last transmission knowingly received from msp approach control was 'turn at least a 4 mi final for noise, cleared for visual approach runway 29L'. We failed to call tower and landed with no landing clearance. No conflict with any traffic and/ground. We turned final inside OM so heard no audio signal of OM (usually what I use as reminder to call tower, if approach control has not issued this instruction by that time).

Narrative: LAST XMISSION KNOWINGLY RECEIVED FROM MSP APCH CTL WAS 'TURN AT LEAST A 4 MI FINAL FOR NOISE, CLRED FOR VISUAL APCH RWY 29L'. WE FAILED TO CALL TWR AND LANDED WITH NO LNDG CLRNC.
