Narrative:

Landing gear would not deploy in normal manner. Electrical operated circuit breaker pop out. Instrument indicator showed gear unsafe. Confirmed by tower on low pass to check gear position. Gear on 45 degree down, not in landing position. Manual extension did not work properly and according to aircraft emergency failure of landing gear to extend electrically. Circuit breaker for landing gear -- would not hold current, during and after recycle of gear switch. Circuit breaker out and gear down position. On manual extension had to pull manual extension more than the recommended for aircraft emergency gear extension with electrical failure. Had to apply positive G force on landing gear to lock. Aircraft being repaired.
