Narrative:

I was on a VFR flight from mccollum airport (ryy) in the local area between X30 pm and Y30 pm. Visibility was very poor due to haze. Dobbins air force base (mge) joins ryy airspace approximately 3 mi south of ryy. After taking off from ryy I attempted to contact atlanta approach on 121.0 for vectors around their airspace because of the poor visibility. Unable to get a response on that frequency, I attempted to contact them on 119.3, and received no response on that frequency either. By this time I had become somewhat disoriented due to the low visibility. I climbed to 3000 ft MSL and leveled off. By this time I had inadvertently wandered into mge's airspace. It was at this time that I observed that I was on a collision course with 2 air force mlt's. I took evasive action and passed within approximately 1/2 mi of those aircraft. The following day I received a call from atlanta approach on the telephone advising me that I had entered into mge's airspace without a clearance. I presume that atlanta approach had to have heard my calls for assistance. Otherwise I don't know how they could have obtained my aircraft number. I do not know why they did not respond to my calls.

Title: SMA PLT DISORIENTED DUE NIGHT AND HAZE, PENETRATES MIL CTL ZONE. CONFLICT.

Narrative: I WAS ON A VFR FLT FROM MCCOLLUM ARPT (RYY) IN THE LCL AREA BTWN X30 PM AND Y30 PM. VISIBILITY WAS VERY POOR DUE TO HAZE. DOBBINS AIR FORCE BASE (MGE) JOINS RYY AIRSPACE APPROX 3 MI S OF RYY. AFTER TAKING OFF FROM RYY I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT ATLANTA APCH ON 121.0 FOR VECTORS AROUND THEIR AIRSPACE BECAUSE OF THE POOR VISIBILITY. UNABLE TO GET A RESPONSE ON THAT FREQ, I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THEM ON 119.3, AND RECEIVED NO RESPONSE ON THAT FREQ EITHER. BY THIS TIME I HAD BECOME SOMEWHAT DISORIENTED DUE TO THE LOW VISIBILITY. I CLBED TO 3000 FT MSL AND LEVELED OFF. BY THIS TIME I HAD INADVERTENTLY WANDERED INTO MGE'S AIRSPACE. IT WAS AT THIS TIME THAT I OBSERVED THAT I WAS ON A COLLISION COURSE WITH 2 AIR FORCE MLT'S. I TOOK EVASIVE ACTION AND PASSED WITHIN APPROX 1/2 MI OF THOSE ACFT. THE FOLLOWING DAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM ATLANTA APCH ON THE TELEPHONE ADVISING ME THAT I HAD ENTERED INTO MGE'S AIRSPACE WITHOUT A CLRNC. I PRESUME THAT ATLANTA APCH HAD TO HAVE HEARD MY CALLS FOR ASSISTANCE. OTHERWISE I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY COULD HAVE OBTAINED MY ACFT NUMBER. I DO NOT KNOW WHY THEY DID NOT RESPOND TO MY CALLS.
