Narrative:

I was on final approach to sonoma county airport also known as schellville airport. I was approximately 300 ft from the end of the runway and 400 ft above the ground when a bi-plane, dropped down in front of me in a left descending bank which caused me to take evasive action and do a go around. After landing, I explained to the pilot who had cut me off what had happened and his only response was one of rudeness and vulgarity. He explained to me that he did not have a radio and therefore could not listen to my approach to pattern, downwind, base and final landing calls. When I spoke to the airport manager about this, he explained to me this pilot has been known to do this on other occasions and he would speak to the pilot about it. I have witness on the ground who saw this incident. I have his name and number.
