Narrative:

After departure from runway 30, I was instructed to turn right to 360, then to 030. I was then told to turn on course. Next, I believed the controller told me to change frequencys. I did not read back the frequency and changed to an incorrect frequency. While I was trying to discover the problem, I was momentarily disoriented and continued my turn to the right. When I discovered my error, I realized I had drifted into restr area R3002. I immediately turned to the north and vacated the area.
