Loss of VHF communication due to malfunction in generator. 20 percent fuel remaining. Elected to land ogg (in arsa) with green light from tower with transponder indicating lost communication. Alternate sites not satisfactory with passenger on board, fuel approaching reserve and an unknown problem with generator.
