Narrative:

Conditions: clear, calm, unrestricted visibility. Small aircraft X, just after liftoff, starting to climb out but before I had cleared the trees at the west end of the runway approximately 40 ft above the ground, an extremely fast military fighter passed directly overhead headed east, perhaps 80 ft above me. My reaction was to lower the nose, though by that time the jet was already past. Then I hit the turbulence, which threw my plane into a roll to the left, toward the trees. I was able to recover by turning sharply to the right and continue my climb out. I estimate I missed the trees by less than 50 ft. Vr 1251 is directly over moondance airport. For yrs, I have tried to get it moved -- I've talked with people at kingsley field and at whidbey island -- I always got the runaround, or 'we'll get back to you' -- and never heard back from anyone.

Title: SMA X HAD NMAC WITH MIL FGT AFTER TKOF FROM PRIVATE ARPT. SEE AND AVOID CONCEPT.

Narrative: CONDITIONS: CLR, CALM, UNRESTRICTED VISIBILITY. SMA X, JUST AFTER LIFTOFF, STARTING TO CLB OUT BUT BEFORE I HAD CLRED THE TREES AT THE W END OF THE RWY APPROX 40 FT ABOVE THE GND, AN EXTREMELY FAST MIL FIGHTER PASSED DIRECTLY OVERHEAD HEADED E, PERHAPS 80 FT ABOVE ME. MY REACTION WAS TO LOWER THE NOSE, THOUGH BY THAT TIME THE JET WAS ALREADY PAST. THEN I HIT THE TURB, WHICH THREW MY PLANE INTO A ROLL TO THE L, TOWARD THE TREES. I WAS ABLE TO RECOVER BY TURNING SHARPLY TO THE R AND CONTINUE MY CLBOUT. I ESTIMATE I MISSED THE TREES BY LESS THAN 50 FT. VR 1251 IS DIRECTLY OVER MOONDANCE ARPT. FOR YRS, I HAVE TRIED TO GET IT MOVED -- I'VE TALKED WITH PEOPLE AT KINGSLEY FIELD AND AT WHIDBEY ISLAND -- I ALWAYS GOT THE RUNAROUND, OR 'WE'LL GET BACK TO YOU' -- AND NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE.
