Narrative:

We were cleared for the toronto 5 departure (CYYZ5) off of runway 24R. The SID reads 'track 237 degree to tango NDB.' on the commercial yyz 10-3 diagram it shows the yyz VOR with 237 degree printed beside. We were flying the yyz 237 degree radial when departure notified us we were drifting left. The SID actually means fly the 237 degree bearing to tango NDB. The SID should be changed to give more clarity.
