Narrative:

On aug/xx/91, flight air carrier, aircraft medium large transport, scheduled for use by crew to operate iah-bwi. Per flight manual, first officer accomplished exterior check and captain accomplished interior, cockpit checks. Flight operated on time with routine flight and scheduled arrival at bwi. On aug/xy/91 routine ramp inspection found 1 auxiliary static port covered by tape. Aircraft had come out of paint shop prior to this crew and flight. The flight was routine with no unusual conditions.
