Narrative:
I was out at F69 performing touch and goes in my small aircraft aircraft after going to a practice area to work on maneuvers. After my 4TH touch and go I landed. While in the pattern, I used 1100 AGL as taught in my aircraft chkout instruction. F69 is just inside the addison control zone. I thought control zones were in effect during lower visibility times. I purchased new sectional and VFR TCA charts to have current information. The addison frequencys are all wrong. The FBO came over the told me addison tower had called complaining that I was disrupting their traffic. F69 has pattern altitude of 500 ft AGL due to control zone. I will get ground instruction to make sure I understand the airspace around the dallas TCA.
