Flts with similar call signs operating on same frequencys. Airline scheduling not coordinated with other companies to preclude like call signs. Flight numbering system within single airline operations not established with consideration for reduction of call sign conflicts. On this date we found air carrier flts #11JB and #aahb departing dtw eastbound within 1 min of each other. Same occurrence last week. Also en route with cle center, air carrier flts #aajb, #aahb, #AAAH all shared same frequency. On return to dtw, flts #aajb and #aahe on same cle center frequency, wbound over new york and ohio.
