Narrative:

Cruising at 20000' we got an abnormal oil pressure between 50 and 55 psi. The abnormal checklist for abnormal oil pressure was accomplished and the power on the #2 engine was reduced to flight idle. Our dispatch and maintenance were contacted and the decision was made to make a precautionary landing at williamsport airport. Because of a possible engine shutdown, an emergency was declared and the equipment was requested to standby. The oil pressure remained in the yellow arc and the approach and landing were made west/O further incident.
