Narrative:

After switching to departure control immediately after takeoff, we were cleared to 14000'. Approaching 10000' we were told of approaching traffic at 11000'. We then asked for verification of clearance altitude, and were told to level at 10000'. We leveled at 10000' and traffic passed by west/O incident.

Narrative: AFTER SWITCHING TO DEP CTL IMMEDIATELY AFTER TKOF, WE WERE CLRED TO 14000'. APCHING 10000' WE WERE TOLD OF APCHING TFC AT 11000'. WE THEN ASKED FOR VERIFICATION OF CLRNC ALT, AND WERE TOLD TO LEVEL AT 10000'. WE LEVELED AT 10000' AND TFC PASSED BY W/O INCIDENT.
