Narrative:
On approach into atl when we went from flaps 20-30 degrees, we felt a vibration and got a 'spoilers' EICAS message. We returned flaps to 20 degrees. The aircraft flew and felt normal. I got the flaps 20 degrees landing speed from the FMS. We continued to a normal flaps 20 degrees landing.
