Narrative:

Another pilot, a CFI, was in right seat. I taxied out to runway, got lined up for takeoff and told him to go ahead and takeoff. He pushed the throttle in and we reached approximately 20 mph. He started to raise the tail and just as he did he pushed full right rudder and then froze with his right leg stiff on the right rudder pedal and his hand on the throttle. By the time I could do anything we had ground looped to the right! The left main gear and the left wing tip were damaged. There was one passenger, also a pilot, in the rear seat. There were no other aircraft involved and there were no personal physical injuries.
