Narrative:
I noticed 4 fgt's 1 mi south of eyw tower at approximately 2000 ft inbound to nqx. I checked with first officer to verify if this was coordinated. First officer said no. I then noticed 2 of the fgt's fly overhead the hospital on stock island (located in eyw airspace) on a wide left base to runway 7 at nqx. This also was not coordinated or even a heads up call. Supplemental information from acn 180996: I noticed what I first thought was an fgt 2 mi southwest of eyw airport at approximately 1500 ft inbound to nqx. I asked nqx about it and they said, 'you mean the bmb my coordinator coordinated he's on a hi TACAN to runway 7'. They did not coordinate this and I had VFR traffic on the right downwind to runway 9 (eyw) that would turn base in front of the traffic. Supplemental information from acn 180997: I noticed a spc on a wide left base over the hospital on stock island (in our airspace) to runway 7 at nqx. This was not coordinated.
