Narrative:

Aircraft X had been written up by me the night before, the airspeed indicators were differing. Our mechanic on my arrival in the morning of 6/91 informed me we needed to test fly before we could use it for standby for air taxi service. I preflted it and did the cockpit set up. When I started the right engine and brought the power up to bring the gen on line, the aircraft began to roll to the left striking air carrier Y, which was parked on our left, on the right wing with our right engine.
