Narrative:

ZHU informed our chief pilot's office that no position report was made at nuley intersection. This was on flight cun to iah. We attempted to contact on the assigned frequency 132.65, but no answer. About 7 mins later, contact was established and our nuley report was given with barow estimate. We need better communications in this area!
