Takeoff WX at avl was 1/2 mi, airport ATIS was calling for using runway 16. Due to high pretkof workload, I forgot to check the departure procedures. Runway 16 has non standard takeoff minimum.south suggest that when WX is IFR and the active runway has non standard takeoff minimums that the information be put on the ATIS.
