Narrative:

The incident occurred while giving tail wheel instruction to a member of the club. The ground loop occurred because of being unable to override the student's control of the aircraft, left the runway and impacted the VASI system. If the VASI system had not been at this location there would have been no incident. Human element: lack of cockpit coordination. Corrective action: need more time spent on the ground working on cockpit coordination.
