Air carrier X called advising it had a TCAS alert and was descending. I observed data block already indicating 133 or 134. The traffic was a VFR aircraft descending sebound, opposite direction. I had observed the traffic passing approximately 3 mi east of air carrier X and had determined earlier that traffic was no factor.
