Narrative:

I was notified by the company [10 days after flight] that a dry ice shipment of 1042 kg was not included in the weight and balance on aircraft X. To the best of my recollection; that dry ice was included. I operate aircraft X quite frequently and it almost always requires a dry ice exception. I reviewed the flight plan release for that flight and confirmed that dry ice supplementary procedures was listed. Also; to the best of recollection; I was notified of dry ice supp. Proc. When I initialized ACARS as well as on the ACARS weight and balance. [Caused by] oversight on final paperwork. [Suggest to] have a separate acknowledgement line on the ACARS weight and balance for dry ice only.
