Narrative:

Flight attendants said passengers in seats xx 1 and 2 would not keep their masks on. We called customer service. After a discussion; the flight attendants and customer service said they were ok to leave the passengers on board and closed the cabin door. Once the door was closed; the passengers insulted one of the flight attendants. The flight attendants said they wanted the 2 passengers removed. Customer service came on board again and the passengers deplaned peacefully.

Title: Flight Attendant reported two passenger were removed from flight due to non-compliance with face mask policy and insulting a flight attendant.

Narrative: Flight attendants said passengers in seats XX 1 and 2 would not keep their masks on. We called customer service. After a discussion; the flight attendants and customer service said they were OK to leave the passengers on board and closed the cabin door. Once the door was closed; the passengers insulted one of the flight attendants. The flight attendants said they wanted the 2 passengers removed. Customer service came on board again and the passengers deplaned peacefully.
