Narrative:
The wig wag lights at the hold line for the runways are too [bright] and destroy dark adaptation. Thus endangering night flight. This is a safety of flight issue and probably exists throughout the system. Tower/ground control tells me that they are dimmed as low as they go.please help because night vision is important to see and avoid in VMC/VFR flight.
