Narrative:

On taxi out in la we were given taxi instructions to taxi to 25R via bravo. Captain and I discussed the 'all aircraft hold here' sign that used to be displayed near taxiway foxtrot. Approaching foxtrot we did not see a sign with the all aircraft stop here and being on the amm (airport moving map) display on the ipad did not see a reference to holding at foxtrot. With the sign no longer visible we preceded to the hold short line of 25R. Captain later in flight found the note on the 10-9 page stating all aircraft are to hold short of foxtrot until cleared by tower.
