Narrative:
When aircraft arrived there was a green tagged single wheel hover board device that had been placed in the pit. Passenger said that he attempted to take it onboard; but wouldn't fit. Ramp placed in pit on green tag; no battery form attached. Did not appear to be a mobility device. Appeared to be rechargeable lithium ion.

Title: Airline ramp personnel reported; during cargo unloading; a Hover board incorrectly transported with battery installed and no battery form attached.
