Narrative:

Flying riw-den. Our dispatch flight plan was riw V-85 cpr. Taxiing out, we contacted slc center for clearance, which was 'as filed'. We were approximately 15 DME east of riw on V-85 when center asked us to verify we were tracking V-138 to mbw. We had just gotten dispatch's ok to change routing to V-138, so obtained clearance to intercept V-138 to mbw. Apparently the center-stored ('canned') flight plan was not changed to the dispatch flight plan. Canned flight plan is riw V-138 mbw J-170 den.
