Narrative:

When relieving previous shift, aircraft was operating with a combination of MEL items which caused a performance penalty on takeoff. Suitable data charts were not available and improper information was given, which wasn't restr or conservative enough. On the second release, this problem was pointed out by another, more experienced dispatcher. The solution to this problem would be 2-FOLD: 1) better and more detailed shift turnover. 2) destroy outdated data charts to prevent inadvertent dissemination of data that isn't valid.
