Narrative:

I was making a visual approach into runway xx at ZZZ; at roll out and approximately 20 kts. Or less I applied both brakes and noticed then that my right brake had failed and the nose swerved to the left. I got off of both brakes and applied emergency brake; and aircraft X departed the runway to the left coming to rest about 6-10 feet off of runway edge. No one was injured and no damage was done to aircraft X.
