Narrative:
After fueling I taxied to midfield intersection stopped. Made call: 'L35 traffic aircraft X to taxi south to north midfield L35.' waited 10 seconds checked approach and departure ends and taxied across. About 1/2 way across aircraft Y passed in front of me at about 15 feet; turned off the runway and crashed on the grass median. I did not hear any radio calls from aircraft Y. I checked my radios on shutdown. Was on proper frequency and transmitting normally.
