Narrative:

During takeoff and rotation speed of 102 kts; my first officer went to rotate and it took full elevator and a higher rotation speed to get the aircraft airborne. The plane was within cg limits and proper fuel load. And under gross weight for takeoff. The elevator trim had recently been worked on and it appeared to us that the aircraft was out of rig with too much aft trim and not enough forward trim available. At higher speed the aircraft flew normally and we continued to ZZZ1 upon landing we notified the operations and maintenance.
